3 More Things About My Diet..

1] Im starting to exercise on monday.
mon,wed,&fri - treadmill & abs
tues&thur&sat- slimin6
sunday-nothing

2] Im still not so good at not snacking because I love food
It's so hard when your trying to diet & the people at work bring like
20 unhealthy snacks to eat!.. its hard for me no will power at all. so thats still number two

3] get determined & quiet being lazy!

Doesn't it always figure that just as you vow to eat only healthy foods that's when people wanna bring junk food around you to tempt you??

I was doing fine and dandy until freakin Easter came up on us. Darn peeps.

go girly go! Ur one step ahead f me by taking ur healthy snacks to work! Course my 8 year old daughter stoled all ur carrots but hey u tried right!

I know I am also a snacker! It's tough, but I try to get nuts, yogurt, fruit and veggies, Fiber One bars so I can have a filling snack on hand.

I'm a grazer....I'll take a handful of this or that all afternoon. I need to measure out my snacks....

Im with Helene I was doing good until Easter came around too :( you have a good start sister hope you can stick with it. I for some reason just cant get motivated but today all that changes I refuse to be lazy another day its time to get right on it and I can hear my treadmill calling my name :) haha love you.
